9 g Salt
12 g MSG
15 g Sugar
15 g Cornstarch
1 tbsp Fried Garlic Oil
1 count Jalapeño Pepper
5 g Sesame Oil
20 g Ginger

Tripe Prep
Blanch tripe for one minute.
Rinse with cold water.
Put aside and dry.
Cut after drying.
Make a cut in the middle and proceed to cut in strips.
Marinade
Thinly slice ginger.
Seed jalapeño and slice.
Add cornstarch to tripe and stir well.
Add sugar, MSG, pepper, and salt.
Mix well.
Add 1 tbsp fried garlic oil.
Add ginger and jalapeño pepper.
Stir to mix evenly.
Finally, add sesame oil and mix again.
Put plastic wrap over the bowl and refrigerate.
Steam
Use after three hours to two days.
Stir tripe and drain liquid.
Put tripe in a bowl and steam for 8 minutes at high heat.
